Terms of Service

Welcome to Qualm: AI Photo Detector. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application and services provided by The Code Republic.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Content and Privacy

You represent that you have the legal right to process any photos uploaded to the App. Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Photo Processing Clarification.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features may require a subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Code Republic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
