Terms of Use (EULA) – Qualm

By downloading, installing, or using the Qualm mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or servers
  • Distribute, license, or sell the App to third parties
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App

3. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases. These purchases are managed by your device's app store and are subject to their terms and conditions. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain our exclusive property. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
